Probationary Officer Training Program:
ICICI Manipal Academy conducts the training program of Probationary Officers in two parts.
In Part-1, applicants will be provided on campus training of 7 months and Internship of 5 months in ICICI Bank. Applicants will be rewarded by Post Graduate Diploma in Banking (PGDB) on completion of training program.
In Part-2 (Optional), applicants have to attend the online training of 18 months in 3 semesters.
Candidates will be rewarded by MBA degree in Banking and Finance on the completion of training in both the phases.
Required Education:
It is desirable from the candidates to possess degree with at least 55% marks in that examination. Experienced candidates will be preferred. Fresher are also welcomes.

Short listed applicants will be called for an online test, including Group Discussion, Psychometric profiling and Personal Interview.
