When people do not get the job after interview, then sometimes they blame other people for their failure in interview. Most of the time, company is blamed for not hiring them. But there some reasons exist, due to which a person does not get the job.

- Inappropriate Body Language – When you are going to give interview, an appropriate body language is needed otherwise you would not be selected in the interview. Meet people with respect and shake hands with confidence and do not get nervous.
- Incompatibility of Qualification – Sometimes you are rejected for the job even if you are over qualified for respective profile.
- No Follow Up from the References – If your references do not cooperate or the employers do not get any follow up from given references, then you may be rejected.
- Your Negative views about Previous Workplace – If you have negatively reviewed the staff or boss of previous office, then it can be your minus point leading to rejection.
- Lack of Enthusiasm – If the employers and recruiters do not find any enthusiasm in you then they tend to reject your job application.
- If you Raised Salary or Leave Issues During Interview – It is advised by the experts that you should not raise issues like leave or salary at the time of interview because it can leave a negative impression on employer’s mind.
